Give Yourself a Break

This sounds like the opposite of motivation, but taking breaks are essential to keeping yourself motivated all day long. Breaks can help you get back to work more energized, focused, refreshed and motivated. Physically leave your desk and head outside for a walk, go to the kitchen to refill your water container or go up and down the stairs a few times. It’s amazing how stepping away from the screen can renew your motivation to finish a new task.
